Main Objective:

With 4 partners (a reseach non-profit, a geothermal consulting and engineering company, a regional authority and an environmental NGO) from 4 countries representing EU and non-EU states, as its core team, energy.eu aims to develop a pathway towards empowering the European consumer to act as a prosumer inside the energy market. To do so, energy.eu will

– report on the state of play in energy communities, prosumer networks as well as crowdfunding based on socio-economic analyses and case studies

– develop a project plan that sets out to engage, then involve and finally to evolve and improve its solutions based on participative planning and feedback gathered at community and stakeholder consultations, as well as dedicated programmes to engage young people, and,

– report on funding possibilities
